As I have indicated in several articles, I have been on a journey to lead a more healthier lifestyle. Through a combination of diet and exercise, over the past 90 days I have managed to lose approximately 21 pounds. I have managed to reduce my portions when it comes to meals, while at the same time I have found some great meal-replacement snacks including finding at GNC, FIT CRUNCH Bars.
According to Fit Crunch Bars’ website, “world-renowned Chef Robert Irvine and FortiFX™ founder/ industry pioneer Sean Perich teamed up to create a protein bar that provided real great-taste and nutrition. These two industry leaders pushed one another to create a product worthy of their reputations and beyond your expectations: FIT CRUNCH™ Baked Bars were born, the only 6-layer baked bars on the planet.”Read: Need a Great Snack? Protein Bites are Dynamite
I recently had tried some very tasty, high protein, lower sugar bars (hint: in writing terms this is called a “teaser” for a future article) and I was a bit skeptical to try the FIT CRUNCH bar as I wasn’t sure if this was just another celebrity-endorsed product, but I can honestly tell you the Cookies and Cream FIT CRUNCH bar that I at today for my lunch replacement was fantastic. I did opt for the larger, meal-replacement 88 gram (or 3.10z) bar, which with 380 calories, the FIT CRUNCH certainly packs a caloric punch. The 88 gram bar has a whopping 30 grams of protein and only 6 grams of sugars. To me that is a win-win that will help to keep me thin.
Now I know what you are thinking? Yeah, it may taste great, but how did I feel after the fact? Well, unlike other protein bars where I may have to run quickly to the loo (fancy word for bathroom), it was perfect for me and it might be perfect for you. No doubt, you need to check these bars out. If you don’t have a GNC near you, you can shop on-line for FIT CRUNCH bars here and you can have your pick of Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or the Cookies and Cream. Not sure about you, but these made me squeal and scream.
As always, I love to end with a little rhyme or haiku so here indeed is my review in haiku:
Get lean & stay clean.
Love Robert Irvine’s FIT CRUNCH,
Cookies and Cream.
