Wear OS by Google is Where Fashion And Function Meet
Are you just like me? Is drab wearable technology weighing you down? If so, we finally have a solution. Thanks to the Wear OS by Google + Michael Kors, my wrist looks fashionable and my activities are also trackable.
You see, I am always on the go. From home to work to fitness classes to the barbecue pit. I am trying to keep my schedule up-to-date because I don’t remember half the things I need to do.
But thanks to the Google Assistant, I am actually being able to maximize my time. I can get to-and-fro much easier these days – while also not overcooking my meats in the barbecue.
Getting Started with the Wear OS by Google
Upon opening the the box, the battery was at 80% capacity, which made for an easy setup.
I also noticed how stylish the Michael Kors Access Runway watch was as compared to my previous smartwatches. The big, bold circular round face and the rose gold stainless steel are impressive and feels durable. This awesome smartwatch also comes in gold.
At 41mm, I wish the casing was slightly larger for my wrist. Possibly 42mm to 44mm, but otherwise it fit great. I didn’t remove any of the links for sizing, but you can also remove links if need be. There is also a buckle clasp should you want to use an alternative band.
I recommend you connect the watch charger for setup purposes. You will need to download the Wear OS by Google app. It is available from either the Google Play Store or App Store. Once downloaded, you will quickly be able to set up your watch and sync it with your Google account.
Setting up was easy and quick. I love all of the different watch faces you can select. Take a look at the video below and you can see all of the different options available for your new smartwatch face.
Apps Can Help With Your Productivity
To access the pre-built apps, you press in the crown. Then you scroll through them with your finger on the watch face or by turning the crown. Several apps are included, such as:
- Fit, Breathe and Workout
- Michael Kors Access
- Reminders, Alarm Clock, Stopwatch, and more.
For me, I have enjoyed using the Google Fit app. This app has two new activity trackers not in my other wearable devices – Heart Points and Move Points.
Both of these activity trackers are in partnership with the World Health Organization and the American Heart Association. I love how these trackers measure activity intensity and help to motivate me in my fitness goals.
Two other great functions I really like are the Google Assistant and the quick access to Google Pay. The Google Assistant will remind me about an upcoming business dinner reservation, while with Google Pay I can wave my hand and pay for items are almost anyplace that accepts credit cards.
So if you are looking for a great smartwatch, then you ought to check out the Wear OS Google + Michael Kors Access Runway Smartwatch. It will help to keep you motivated, on-time and fashionably fit. For me, this smartwatch is a hit.
